PROBLEM: DELL 172FPx and BenQ boards are the same. Commonly plagued with CCFL driver issues.
SOLUTION: This can be isolated to 99% of the time to the transistor pairs of 2SC5707 located at Q751 etc. Also, PFU9024 transistor is suspect. Any or all of these will likely take out PF751 3Amp Bell Fuse.
