No picuture, but power was staying on.
PROBLEM:
Found an open fuse on the separate inverter board.
SOLUTION:
Changed the fuse and the electrolytic capacitor (100uF, 25v). This was the only cap on the board and it was testing OK with my ESR meter, but I figured what the hell, and I changed it anyway!
